This is a compressed Work Week position working Shift 7 Day Shift hours. You would supply first-line support to the AMHS (Automated Material Handling Systems) covering both Fab 12 and Fab 32 sites. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Monitoring the AMHS Systems in a dynamic environment to detect and respond to system issues. Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of all AMHS equipment and subassemblies. Provide timely response to equipment issues, logging system problems and issues in designated databases. Act as the first point of contact with factory technicians or managers during crisis management.

Associates Degree in Electronics preferred, or prior Semiconductor experience or Military technical equivalency would be ideal.The strong candidate would have a Working knowledge of Semiconductor equipment and software. General knowledge of electromechanical systems, including robotic drives, actuators and micro-controllers. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawing. Ability to work in a team environment consisting of full-time and contract sustaining technicians. Ability to effectively communicate with peers, Engineering and external customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to climb ladders and work in a cleanroom environment. Working knowledge of mechanical measuring devices such as Multi-meters, calipers and micrometers.
