The Network and Edge Group is accelerating digital transformation and AI in networks and at the edge through a broad portfolio, open ecosystem and integrated platforms. Our portfolio is broad. NEX modifies Xeon, Core and Atom products from our Client Computing Group (CCG) and Data Center and AI Group (DCAI) and often adds specific innovations to meet the unique needs of our markets. We also design and deliver SoCs like the Xeon D processor for space and power-constrained use cases and the Atom P5900 for wireless base stations; Ethernet controllers and adapters that can be used across the cloud, data center, network and edge; and custom ASICs for individual customers in wireless infrastructure.If you are looking to be part of this exciting team, the Xeon and Networking Engineering Group (XNXE) is looking to hire a technical program manager. The XNXE program management office and customer solutions group is focused on 5G and next-generation wireless base station as well as the traditional enterprise networking edge solutions. You will have the opportunity to drive the program management aspects that bring these products from design to product qualification, both hardware and software. We are looking for a person that can work with and guider cross-functional as well as interacting and integrating customer engineering groups. Based on experience, you will be involved with one or more of these responsibilities:

� Drive the delivery of program milestones.

� Work with product marketing aligning on customer commitments.

� Communicate and guide internal and partner organizations to focus on customer needs.

� Drive regular forums that bring senior leaders and stakeholders together to exchange plans, status, and serve as an escalation point to resolve challenges when needed.

� Provide regular updates to multiple levels of the organization as well as to partner organizations.


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

� Bachelor's degree or higher, in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

� 5yrs. or more of technical experience developing a SOC product, pre silicon through qualification and production release.

� 2yrs. or more experience as program manager

.� Demonstrated acumen in managing to technical programs. Preferred Qualifications:

� Master's degree or higher, in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

� Knowledge of manufacturing and factory requirements

� Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organizational technology and product development projects.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
