Job Description


Primary responsible for SEA/ANZ business operation support to various Business Units. Working with various teams, e.g. field sales, BU category sales, cross Geo/Country/Territory organization and other internal stakeholders to maximize biz opportunity and achieve DGP target. Mainly thru:

- Demand and supply management, thru long term demand forecast with product transition plan and supply guidance to the customers and collaboration. Facilitate factory optimize supply output and maximize all demand requirement.

- Provide customer business analysis by gaining customer info/data visibility like sales strategies, market conditions, production planning, pipeline tracking, inventory/consumption status, sales out data, competition landscape and activities, etc. to collaborate with field and work on support to drive above average market growth. It will also help below additional functions as part of job scope:

  • setting stretch and yet achievable business/account target; like quarterly POR, DGP targets, etc. derive business strategies to win MSS, expand customer base and help customers to grow.

  • as revenue owner who responsible to provide accurate revenue updates and engage with field and customers for revenue maximization.

- The candidate is expected to provide product pricing support as part of meet competition strategy to win the business. Also include pricing program (MDF and NRE) support recommendation through understanding of customer business and product plan as joint Go To Market effort. Candidate will be involved in the compliance exercise (e.g. Price Cost Test) and documentation by working with legal team on contract preparation, deliver legally approved agreement in C2A for customer acceptance and support SOX audit.


Qualifications


  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Business or Engineering with prior work experience of at least 5 years in IT Industry or Finance in technology company.

  • Possess soft skills with strong data analysis, critical thinking and time management.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and related market development.

  • Energetic with a strong desire to learn.

  • Good communication skill with bilingual (English and Mandarin) capability and the ability to forge strong interpersonal relationship.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
