NSWE NCIS Communication Graduate Trainee

Job Description

This candidate will work with the division VP closely on the NEX SW People First related communications as well as support the VP on the daily activities. Major responsibilities are:

- Assist with the People First communication newsletter

- Support the VP with communication-related activities:

• Designing, reviewing, and polishing the Webcast deck.

• Wordsmith white papers and Ops review deck (format and cosmetic changes).

• Support VP on the keynote deck.

• Support VP on internal communications, including some graphic designs.

• Support VP on miscellaneous ad hoc work in enhancing the communication.

• Support VP on some daily operation-related activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
You must have a minimum Bachelor in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.

Required Skills:
- Superior attention to detail and process
- Highly responsive and able to handle highly confidential information.
- Willingness to be flexible to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
