Job Description


In this position responsibilities included but not limit to:
- Missions for this role are to drive the technical account engagement with customer to adopt Intel architecture in customer roadmap, engage in technical design win cycles, and bring the developed product to market.
- This role also requires formulating the technical account engagement strategy, discovering new business opportunities, selling Intel roadmap and technology on hardware and software, and to successfully execute the aligned account strategy and product plan to help both customer and Intel to grow in business.
- The job scope also needs working closely with account sales, product division and customers to enable Intel architecture solutions cross the domains including Server, Networking, GPU and AI solution areas.
- The candidate must have strong business and strategic acumen, capabilities to establish relationships, thorough knowledge of engagement practices and able to take challenges from wild range of customer issues.
- Exhibits solid understanding of key technology trends, industry segments and Intel's product lines to develop technically advanced solutions that help solve customer business problems, while creating significant pull for Intel's products and solutions.
- Works with the customers, partners/ISVs/SIs and BU development teams to create new solutions, software and services optimization through technical engagement and utilization of Intel product capabilities across the solution stack.


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications:

- HW background in previous work experience, HW background including: Server/Storage/Network, Silicon, CSP Infrastructure, IDC, etc.

- Customer engagement experience

- English communication skill, both Oral and Written.

- Proven leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, results oriented professional with a bias to act.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Other qualifications:
- Ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels,
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with around 15 years' work experience
- Strong technical competency, track record of technical sales in the server segment in terms of customer engagement and/or product development
- Familiar with Data center, Cloud Service Provider or HPC product development cycle; understanding the aspects of hardware and software architecture requirement.
- Familiar with AI ecosystem and/or open source experience would be a plus
- Strong team player, collaborate with executives and engineers from customers and product divisions
- Solid communication skill in both English and Mandarin are required
- Self-driven and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
