Job Description


SMG's Global Customer Success (GCS) is a worldwide team which effectively partners with all Intel business units to provide a full range of customer support that spans the lifecycle for Intel's products, programs, and services. Our global services are scalable to meet the needs of every customer from the single end user to the large-scale distributors and original equipment manufacturers. These services include design-in testing tools, pre-sales tech enablement, program and event management, to post sale technical support and warranty (ICS) for all Intel branded products, programs, and services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Engagement Manager to join our team as we work to design and deliver the next generation of service offerings to our customers. As the Engagement and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our support and services portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, content, and strategies that resonate with our target audience and position our offerings as essential solutions within the industry. You will also be responsible for identifying potential new support engagements, developing business cases, and gaining approval to fund and start these initiatives.

In addition to working closely with BU teams, you will also collaborate with Support Engineering to ensure that plans are executable, properly staffed, and aligned with Intel's overall goals.

 Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our support and services offerings, targeting both existing clients and potential customers.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create impactful and relevant marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos that highlight the benefits and value of our support and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and customer acquisition goals. Foster strong relationships with BU stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Identify and prioritize potential new support engagement opportunities across various BUs.
  • Collaborate with BU stakeholders to understand their products and service needs and develop business cases for proposed engagements.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals outlining the benefits, costs, and ROI of proposed engagements.
  • Secure approval to fund and start new engagements.
  • Manage the engagement pipeline, ensuring timely and effective progression from proposal to implementation.

A successful candidate will:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaign performance.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willing to think strategically and develop compelling business cases.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Min Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of combined experience in the following:
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing.
  • Experience in marketing and BDM, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customer support processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Intel's business units and support services landscape.
  • Certification in proposal writing or business development (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $131,841.00-$210,951.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
