The European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) is an international team of sales and marketing professionals spanning both commercial and technical sales, Industry Centre of Excellence teams, marketing, and sales operations. We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect for Financial Services Industry to join our EMEA SMG team. This person will be supporting customers and partners solve their business challenges, leveraging the full suite of Intel technology and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities


Engage directly with customers and ecosystem partners to design and implement AI enabled FSI solutions leveraging Intel's hardware and software portfolio. This includes addressing complex problems within the Financial Services Industry, such as but not limited to:

  • Financial Forecasting and Risk Management: Develop and deploy machine learning models for credit scoring and risk assessments in collaboration with financial institutions.

  • Enhanced Customer Service: Work with partners to integrate natural language processing (NLP) technologies for customer service enhancements and compliance monitoring.

  • Fraud Detection: Collaborate on projects utilizing deep learning frameworks to create predictive models for fraud detection and algorithmic trading.

  • Operational Efficiency: Deploy AI-powered chatbots and robo-advisors with clients to improve customer engagement and provide personalized investment services.

  • Advanced Analytics: Implement anti money laundering (AML) solutions and know your customer (KYC) standards using AI, and support partners in quantitative analysis and high-frequency trading initiatives.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist customers in implementing AI systems that monitor and report on financial activities to ensure compliance.

  • Blockchain Integration: Work with ecosystem partners to integrate blockchain technology with AI, enhancing security and transparency in financial transactions.


Qualifications


Qualifications / Technical Expertise:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI

  • 10+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect in the Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven and deep experience on AI and Machine Learning.

  • Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

  • Software experience - Python, C++, DevOpp etc.

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and their AI services.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and databases for handling large-scale financial datasets.


Professional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and ecosystem partners.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders and partners.

  • Experience selling SaaS, PaaS and other value based commercial motions.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering AI solutions within tight deadlines in partnership with customers and ecosystem collaborators.

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies in the Financial Services Industry, and for sharing this knowledge with customers and partners.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
