Job Description


Oversees day to day operational activities, interfaces between group management, peer ops teams, and various corporate departments (HR, Finance, Legal), and provides counsel to senior management in assisting with people related issues and/or driving business decision making processes while ensuring compliance with financial, legal and corporate policies and overall organizational structural health. Leads health of business reviews with leaders to maintain alignment of programs and technical solutions to the strategic roadmap and within designated budgets. Identifies opportunities to decrease costs and drive productivity by improving operational effectiveness across company sales, contracts, account management, compliance, engineering, finance and operations teams. Contributes to development and implementation of consistently compliant and efficient business operations management policies and practices.

  • Hiring and Onboarding: Lead hiring efforts, facilitate recruitment of experienced, RCGs and intern hires. Co-ordinate with Hiring Managers, Recruiter and Habana staffing team. Conduct weekly hiring sync meetings, track progress and publish status reports. Manage LDO process to ensure smooth exits as per policy.
  • Contingent Workforce Management: Facilitate CW hiring process by coordinating with Sponsor Manager, Purchase dept and Vendor for finalizing the SOW, align budgets with Finance, manage approvals, track invoicing and maintain records in CWOS and PAT tool. Plan for timely extension process, add resources to existing contracts etc.
  • Operations Indicators:Maintain Head Count, Attrition, and Budget trackers, ensure Org Clean-up and alignment with Workday and hibob, manage Job Code and Cost Center updates for Habana India team.
  • Team Coordination:Orchestrate Staff meetings, All Hands sessions, and BrownBag Sessions, organize social events and manage logistics.
  • Space Planning and Facilities: Manage team cube and lab space, coordinate moves and reconfigurations, collaborate with CS Space Planning, Lab Ops, and IT teams.
  • Budget Management: Manage team budget, ensure compliance with limits and policies, oversee contract worker budget and team well-being initiatives.
  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Support: Provide guidance on BCP initiatives, keep Managers updated on new policies.
  • Oversee completion of key deliverables: Achieve 100% OKR submission by deadlines, ensure completion of Annual Corporate Mandatory Trainings, track team progress on Let's Talk and Org clean-up initiatives, and support Rewards Calibration process.
  • Mentor team admin on daily tasks, enhance efficiency, guide Lab tech on Inventory management and disposal processes.
  • Hibob Administrator for Habana India team

Qualifications


Bachelors or Master's degree from any stream and/or with MBA with 6-15 years with of hands-on experience in operations to handle - including Head count management, Budget allocation/optimization/dashboard reporting, vendor management, Contingent worker management, NDA/RUNDA/MRUNDA management, Travel / Hiring process and Site council representation. Expected to have adequate experience in handling the required tools and willing to learn internal tools for head count management, Prognos, Power BI, etc. The candidate is expected to be very enthusiastic and proactive to identify problem statement and drive to find solutions in the operations space for an effective functioning of the organization. Excellent expertise in office productivity tools, expert usage in Excel and creative in powerpoint presentations. Candidate is expected to automate and streamline many of these processes and make it effective for the broader team to use and for management to view various dashboards.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
