Job Description


Sales and Marketing Organization, Go To Market Operations (GTM Ops) Price Process and Compliance- Contract Governance for new business models.

The GTM Ops Price Process and Compliance team defines the standard processes, policies, and system requirements across Intel's exception pricing (negotiated pricing) environments. We are central to how exception pricing and rebates execute across all Regions and Product Groups for Intel Product Groups . Within the team's scope are operational elements of pricing and rebates as well as the leadership of programs that drive and define improved pricing and rebate methods and efficiencies.

This role will own coordinating new business deal structures and contract expectations into our existing Pricing Deal Handbook and Contract Approval Review Process (CARP)/Contract Checklist.

This role is responsible for:

  • Working with a larger group of stakeholders to determine standard deal types for new business models, such as value-based selling (VBS) and software and services.
  • Documenting and training standard processes for new business models and aligning with current standards, where possible.
  • Partnering with IT and other stakeholders to define tool requirements to execute exception pricing for new business models.
  • Influencing and partnering with a broad stakeholder base to ensure Pricing Contracts are in alignment with Deal Handbook and Rebate Policy.
  • Providing guidance on how to meet business objectives within pricing standards.
  • Escalating to SMG Deals Standards MRC (SDS) where exceptions are warranted for review.
  • Application of operational Sales Process Guidelines (SPG), standard deals and contract discipline.


To be successful in the role you'll need:

  • Strong analytical skills for making solid decisions and/or management recommendations with ambiguous data
  • Understanding of how pricing programs and associated rebates affect Intel and our customers' business.
  • Ability to spot trends and issues based on scattered and ambiguous data sources
  • Can-do approach and attitude/willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desire organization and Intel goals
  • Ability to influence a diverse stakeholder group
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into a clear, actionable conclusion.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of business or operational experience including pricing, process engineering, compliance, and/or leading programs or 8+ years of experience including pricing, process engineering, compliance, and/or leading programs, in lieu of the degree.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with Intel's pricing or rebate dynamics

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
