AMS IP QA Engineer

Job Description

Verify and deliver high quality front-end and back-end design along with validation data. Enable IP delivery. Come up with creative design/validation approaches to check quality in upcoming processes. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data. Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Applies and uses independent evaluation to selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. Evaluates practical capability of vendor to support product development. Also includes Analog, Mixed Signal and RF Development Engineers with specialized skills and expertise in developing Monolithic Integrated Circuits for wireless and wireline communications systems and products.

Qualifications

Qualifications Academic Qualification: M.Tech in EE from reputed Institute Additional Qualification: Masters plus 3+ Years of AMS design QA experience. Will be required to support environment and TFM needed for AMS design and IP view generation. Must have extensive experience with Cadence and/or Synopsys design automation tools. Must have experience of IP Release flow to SOC customer. Must have experience with using XFIRE and applying relevant waivers in the QA flow. Experience with database migration, is a plus. Experience with scripting in SKILL, shell, Perl, and/or Python, is a plus. Experience in Intel PDK contents and TFM dependencies, is a plus.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
