Are you enthusiastic about driving transformation at Intel? If so, the Process Adoption and Value Acceleration (PAVA) Team has a great opportunity in the Change Management Office (CMO) that would be the perfect fit for you. Join us as we work to transform Intel's supply chain for the IDM 2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) where you will be working to transform Intel's operating structure and culture changes required for Intel to achieve process, product, and cost leadership.

As a Business Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful implementation of transformative initiatives by ensuring employee readiness to drive adoption, while leveraging your change management expertise to enable program objectives. You'll play a critical role by demonstrating agility, embracing ambiguity, and taking proactive initiatives. You will drive change and foster user adoption at both the global and detailed process levels. Your primary focus will be on the people aspect of program implementations, conducting in-depth analyses to understand how the change affects business processes, systems, technology, and job roles.

Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans including change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication, and training strategies to facilitate employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance and risk. You'll get to work across program and organizational boundaries to help design and deliver strategies that realize program goals, increase benefits realization, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical process inputs to key partners across Finance, IT, and Operations. As a Business Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for but not be limited to:

  • Appling technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.

  • Collaborating across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.

  • Developing a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.

  • Assessing sub-project dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.

  • Developing the skills for employees to live into the future-state and reinforces the transformational shifts so the changes can be sustained.

  • Utilizing Enterprise-established methods, tools, and processes for Change Management and Project Management

  • Communicate anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.

  • Conducting project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

  • Engaging with and supporting other Change Management professionals to help advance the collective knowledge and skillset within the Change Management community at Intel.

In addition, a successful candidate should demonstrate the following behavior traits:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong demonstrated leadership having exhibited interpersonal people management skills and a history of building trust among subordinates, peers, business partners and key stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent engagement skills with an ability to collaborate with all key stakeholders. Experience working with senior management and executive levels.

  • Change Management Acumen: Experience in leading large scale, multi-organizational change including assessing issues in the context of an organization's processes, structures, and capabilities to develop holistic organization responses.

  • Supply Chain Planning Acumen: Understanding of Intel's complete end-to-end supply chain operations (i.e., supply, demand, manufacturing) to be able to influence strategy in support of corporate strategy, goals, and objectives.

  • Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with an understanding of Intel's strategy, business, and product groups strategy and operations in support of Intel's strategy, goals, and objectives

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence while demonstrating executive presence and good judgment.

  • Systems Thinking: The ability to connect seemingly disparate information and develop solutions based upon facts/data analytics.

  • Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with an understanding of Intel's strategy, business, and product groups strategy and operations in support of Intel's strategy, goals, and objectives.

  • Analytical capabilities: Ability to see the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges.

  • Project Management: Ability to execute fundamental project management skills where needed and appropriate.

  • Tolerance for Ambiguity: Ability to navigate and develop a path in the face of a fast-paced changing environment that may include unpredictability, conflicting directions, and multiple demands.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, Change Management, Supply Chain Management (or related) with 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Finance or Supply Chain or Procurement or 8+ years of Demand Planning or Finance or Supply Chain or Procurement experience, in lieu of the degree.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in business management, Change Management, Supply Chain Management (or related) with 6+ years of demonstrated change management experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in any of the following or some of them combine: Supply Chain Planning experience, Agile Methodologies, Risk Management, Resource Management, Data Analysis, IT Architecture, Technical Documentation, Time Management, ERP systems, Prosci certification, SharePoint (admin/site maintenance) and Microsoft Teams experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
