Job Description


This role is for a Planning Supply Line Lead position in the Oregon DMO Planning Organization. You will be joining an organization that manages the production supply of Intel's most advanced wafer level packaging technology, as well as support the technology and factory ramping operations as part of the Disaggregated "Disagg" Manufacturing Operations.

In this position, you will work directly with the department manager to oversee the supply operations for all products/material that flows from the Intel/External fabs through the Aloha factory to include WLA processing, C4/Sort and IFS processes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with factory manufacturing management and other supply chain stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met. Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.
  • Conduct scenario (what-if) planning for products, processes and inventory strategies when necessary. Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.
  • Drives continuous process/project improvements.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to deal ambiguous situations.
  • Working in a manufacturing, planning or materials management environment.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Engineering or another related field of study with 4+ years of Supply Chain experience             

OR

  • A Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.

Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with management of Foundry products and planning.
  • Knowledgeable with PowerBI, SQL, VIPRE systems

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
