Job Description

The Design Enablement Services (DES) team, within SMG\ Global Partner Support (GPS)\ Global Customer Success (GCS) Group, is passionate about providing a portfolio of services in a way that enables sales and accelerates customers' time to market so that we can help Intel increase revenue and reduce costs. Responsibilities included but not limited to:

Leading multi-disciplinary teams in providing validation reference tools and boards to select customer audiences
Enforcing precision on customer shipments, invoices, and payments
Auditing and presenting data to program sponsors and corporate oversight boards
Planning new offerings and up-leveling new team members on building and existing processes
Providing guidance to teams exploring the need to service and charge external customers

Successful candidate will :

Can-do, problem-solving attitude and flexibility in finding a solution.
Excellent communication skills including speaking, writing, and diagramming.
Willing to gather and translate requirements across multi-disciplines including electronics engineering, software development, export and customs, taxes, legal, and finance.
Passionate desire to pursue further learning in any of the above areas.
Strong networking skills

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
5+ years of combined experience in the following:
Leading teams through project startup
Experience with motherboard design and validation.

Preferred Qualification:

Knowledge of industry best practices in electronics manufacturing and assembly
Familiarity with Intel platforms and power specifications
Comfortable with Power BI and Microsoft Office

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $105,797.00-$175,105.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
