Job Description


Looking for a passionate engineer with problem solving skills in ASIC structural design. The candidate shall be working on IFS customer ASIC designs on latest intel tech nodes to define, design and develop automated solutions SoC implementation. The candidate is expected to have the following skills for the same � Familiar with digital design Implementation RTL to GDSII : o Analyzes current generation quality and efficiency gaps to identify proper incremental or evolutionary changes to the existing physical design related TFM o Partners with various teams such as physical design, RTL, DFT, tool/flow owners, and EDA vendors to continuously improve physical design methodologies. o Good understanding of different CTS strategies and providing the feedback to Implementation Team. � STA setup, convergence methodology, reviews and sign-off for Multi-Mode and Multi-corner Multi voltage domain designs. Timing analysis, and timing closure at Partition/Sub-system level. � Good at Timing ECO Implementation strategy development/convergence. Should have an experience in enabling the Tweaker/Primetime based ECO flows. � Work on Automation scripts within STA tools for Methodology development � Excellent debugging skills in implementation issues and ability to come up with creative solutions � Evaluate multiple timing methodologies/tools on different designs and technology nodes. � Familiar with Constraint understanding / development and clean up. � Familiar with LVF/POCV/moments variation formats and understanding of deep sub-micron topics especially 28nm and below � Good scripting skills (TCL/SHELL/PERL/Python) is a MUST � Good stake holder management skills to get things done

Qualifications


Qualification: � Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics. Master's degree in VLSI is preferred. � 8-10 years of relevant experience in low power SD implementation � 2+ years of experience in TFM (Tools, Flows, Methodology) Development � Analytical with good interpersonal skills � Excellent team player � Strong analytical ability, problem solving and communication skills � Willingness to work independently and at various levels of abstraction.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
