Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Developer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies targeted towards software developers, with the aim of increasing awareness, engagement, and adoption of Intel's software products and services within the developer community. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams including developer marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Key responsibilities include � Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored specifically for software developers, including content creation, events, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. � Create compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products and services to developers. � Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to gather insights and feedback from developers and use this feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development. � Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, developer communities, and relevant industry organizations to amplify our brand presence and reach within the developer ecosystem. � Plan and execute developer-focused events, workshops, webinars, and hackathons to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among developers. � Analyze and report on the performance of developer marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact.

Qualifications

� Candidate should possess an Engineering degree or equivalent in Marketing from a reputable university � 5+ years' experience in developer marketing or a related technical marketing role within the technology industry. � Exposure to developer ecosystems including familiarity with popular development tools, platforms, and programming languages. Additional qualifications include. � MBA degree preferred. � Knowledge of AI/ML technologies. � Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire technical audiences through written and verbal communication. � Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines. � Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. � Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. � Proactive self-starter with strong teamwork abilities. � Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
