AI Software Solutions – Architect

Job Description

• In this role, you will work with end customers, system integrators and internal engineering teams to enable Intel software services to be a part of the customer solution deployments. You will need to utilize deep domain expertise to research, develop, and prototype software experiments that leverage and drive the adoption of Intel product capabilities with these partners.
  
  The team you would be contributing to works on different use cases/applications across different verticals. You will support the end customers, system integrators during the development to deployment phases and work with the engineering teams to resolve any issues, features gaps. You will use your practical experience to offer technical training, consultation, and hands-on assistance to software developers in software architecting, code development, Intel software tools usage, testing, and tuning of software applications.

Qualifications

• Qualifications
• BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related degree with 12+ years of experience.
• MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related degree with 11+ years of experience.
• Knowledge/experience in Linux OS.
• Programming skills in C/C++, Python, Golang
• Knowledge/experience in Cloud Native architecture.
• An excellent understanding of software engineering principles and application architecture and design
• Experience with containers, RESTful Microservices and Orchestration using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes with Helmcharts for workload deployment
• Knowledge in software development tools: Git, JIRA.
• Knowledge/experience in external release process: SDL, SWLC
• Proven experience working closely with 3rd party vendors and system integrators for product development, integration and delivery
• Excellent understanding of E2E security architecture and secure development, tools & best practices

Key Responsibilities include

• You will be responsible to support multiple customers directly or through a system integrator, depending on the technical depth of the engagement.
• You will interface with Intel Engineering groups to resolve software-related problems that impede customer success.
• You will provide technical feedback to the product teams to enhance upcoming releases of the software services. Proven track record of successful delivery of projects
• A self-starter with the ability to assume leadership roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple geographies.
• Published technical content and experience presenting at professional event that include Industrial IoT or Embedded technology.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and documentation white papers, case studies and articles skills to interface with and influence System Integrators, developers, management and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of projects

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
