Job Description


Intel's Brand, Creative and Social group is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to lead a team of marketing experts in showcasing the breadth and impact of Intel technology as the world's launch pad for innovation. The team will be responsible for driving always-on brand stories to inspire customers and employees through engaging and relevant brand acts, partnerships, and sponsorships. This role is instrumental in driving Intel brand awareness, shaping relevant and positive perceptions of the Intel brand, and fostering Intel brand loyalty across key customer segments and markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global brand management, integrated marketing communications, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Unified Brand Narrative: Lead the development of Intel's global brand marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, initiatives, and market trends. In collaboration with both Global Communications and Brand Strategy teams, define and evolve the unified corporate purpose statement, attributes, and narrative centered on Intel's promise to enrich the lives of every person on Earth.

  • Brand Marketing Strategy: For brand-first marketing efforts, help define brand GTM strategy, audience, market opportunities, customer journey, success measurement, and the resulting content plan. Leverage relevant KPIs and consumer insights to ensure the health of the corporate brand as well as its continued evolution.

  • Brand Storytelling and Engagement: Showcase Intel brand impact through the development of compelling content, thought leadership, and storytelling that yields growth of Intel brand awareness and relevance. Drive qualified traffic and engagement through organic marketing initiatives across owned digital channels, including social, web, newsletters, and events, all while connecting brand to demand. In partnership with Global Campaigns team, integrate brand-building opportunities into revenue generating outcome-based campaigns.

  • Brand Partnerships: Guide partners on brand priorities across Intel products, categories, solutions, and corporate brand. Integrate and leverage partners for high impact programs to engage our audience through relevant co-branded acts and co-marketing programs. Collaborate internally with Global Partner Marketing, Intel Partner Alliance, Global Solutions and Services, and Go To Market Operations to drive partner brand simplification and clarity.

  • Brand Sponsorships: Develop a sponsorship framework for the evaluation, execution, and management of sponsorships across Intel's portfolio. Balance the sponsorship portfolio to align with the business and marketing needs of Intel. Develop a repeatable measurement framework to ensure Intel sponsorships drive meaningful impact aligned to business priorities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of brand marketing professionals responsible for creating category-defining brand experiences. Identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement in cross team collaboration.


A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strategic mindset, able to align brand marketing initiatives with broader corporate goals to connect brand to demand in order to drive business growth.

  • A proven track record in creating innovative and targeted brand programs that generate measurable results.

  • Proven ability to strategically plan, create and implement marketing plans and briefs.

  • Translation of brand research findings into actionable brand marketing opportunities.

  • Excellent team management and leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with a deep understanding of the strategic value that operations, process and tools can bring to a marketing organization.

  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze internal team and external agency budgets with an eye for efficiency gains and cost savings across brand marketing workstreams.

  • Clear and compelling communicator, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Culture-first focus to foster an inclusive work environment, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences to drive creativity and engagement.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or brand management, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in B2B tech marketing.

  • 7+ years of leadership managing high-performing brand, marketing, or creative teams.

  • 7+ experience preparing and presenting to executive level stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience both client-side and agency-side.

  • Direct industry experience with semiconductors and/or AI.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $162,600.00-$284,620.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
