Product Test Engineer

Job Description

- Coordinate the development and implementation of new product manufacturing processes between Habana, foundry and Test houses operations engineering teams.

- Work closely with test and process engineers during bring-up and production release to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and FAB yield enhancement.

- Familiar with aspects of product development, ASIC methodology and product deployment.

- Project management skills and experience highly desirable.

- Communicate technical product status to management.

Qualifications

- EE from a known university.

- More than 5 years' experience test engineering on Advantest 93K (prefer)

- In-depth knowledge of IC production flow from wafer fabrication through wafer sort and packaging to final tests.

- Past experience with IC productization process, and transfer to high volume manufacturing stage.

- Experience in CMOS circuit and semiconductor device physics background a plus.

- Deep knowledge in Release to Production flow and definitions

- Deep Knowledge in characterization flow

- Experience in qualification tests for IC

- Good communication skills and data analysis, willing to learn.

- Ability to lead a project or a small engineering group.

- Fluent English - writing, verbal and good communications skills

- Self learning capabilities

- Highly motivated character, willing to work at a very demanding environment
