Software Engineer

Job Description

Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software tools, flows, and methodologies used in design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products, process design, or manufacturing. Responsibilities include capturing user stories/requirements, writing both functional and test code, automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit, integration, and endtoend testing of the software tools.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: - B.S./M.S. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical and Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering - Able to perform programming and debugging in C/C++/C#, Perl, Python or SQL. - Great understanding of RDBMS/data-structures/algorithms The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work in a dynamic and team oriented environment - Problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask Experience and knowledge in SQL, Power Pivot, Power BI, Web Programming, Machine Learning, Data Modelling and TDD is a PLUS. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
