Team engagement in the creation/capture of processes, standards, governance and a holistic data ecosystem for HR. Long-term efforts will address Cross-HR Data Strategy, data design, alignment with the CDO Chief Data Office and architecture investment.
Role may include responding to data requests and analysis.

You'll need a Bachelor's degree + 2 years' experience or a Master's degree + 1 years' experience in computer science, software engineering, business process management or a related field.
We are looking for sound data management practices, a self-starter, some basic experience with BPM and Project Management, and the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
