Your Challenge as a Lead Generation team member:
- YOU need to be Innovative, creative and dynamic.
- YOU will need to define the right recruiting marketing strategy and design nurturing plan in order to attract Intel’s next big talent.
- Engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders along the process internal & external.
- Develop and activate relevant sourcing channels -referral programs, hiring events, Digital & Social Media campaigns etc...
Inside this Business Group
- Student that currently registered to or pursuing an M.B.A. or a MA degree in fields of relevant study
- Ability to work 4 working days a week.
- Innovative, creative and open minded to “dream big” and to execute amazing ideas.
- Work experience in Excel and analytical skills.
- A Great team player, comfortable to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationship your team members and stakeholders.
