Engineering Operations Manager

Job Description
Identify and drive key cross functional engineering best-in-class improvements - working with domain leaders across the organization [examples: end to end requirements management, new capabilities for HW/SW co-development, driver based validation...]. Own overall engineering efficiency programs and indicators, working with department ops. Deliver IP complexity indicator, product execution indicators and track project progress, working with project analysts and program directors. Chief of Staff for cross mission control operations to proliferate best in class engineering capabilities. Drive content for technical/engineering executive reviews.


Qualifications

Proven experience driving transformational initiatives to achieve best in class technology, development and organizational capabilities. 20+ years in hardware/software development with a proven track record of building and leading successful engineering teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong team player with ability to work with counterparts located at different sites. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
