This Intern position is to support PRC R&D HR Department and Shanghai Site Operation. The main responsibilities include:1. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including but not limited to Manager Training, New hire on-board, Leadership Development Program etc2. Support PRC R&D Career Development Program in the area of communication, process control and checking, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc.3. Admin assistant for PRC R&D HRM including meeting calendar booking, team meeting agenda arrangement etc4. Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, cross-china event coordination.

1. Expertise or experience in communication, such as video editing, designing communication newsletter2. Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school3. Detail orientation4. Able to work independently without micro-supervision5. Able to work in the office at least 3 days a week6. Able to work for no less than 6 months
