This is a contract position with an employment period of two (2) years. No relocation package or permanent visa sponsorship is available for this position.
Manage the budget and spend tracking and consolidation of matters, lead the processes of generating spend reports and assist in presentations to management on monthly basis.
Generate and maintain various periodical business operations metric reports include but not limited to project activity tracker, project inventory reports, and monthly status reports.
Facilitate e-billing invoice approval, vendor assignment, and assist e-billing system troubleshooting by working with Intel attorneys, outside counsel and online database vendors.
Drive the new vendor registration procedure by using Intel's Supplier Database, monitor contract and subscription renewals, and raise purchase orders and eChecks.
Lead the matter creation and maintenance in legal matter management database, and participate in Legal department's operations software and tool selection and evaluation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant majors.
Minimum of two years full time experience in a business operations analyst role.
A demonstrated advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel Macro is required.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of e-billing system, matter management database, and Visual Basic for Applications VBA are highly preferred.
