The Networking Division is looking for a SW Processes Engineer, who will be responsible for process definition, designs, implementation, documentation and maintenance for all Product Line Teams PLT activities.
You will be also responsible for definition, design, implementation and delivery of the various level of complexity analysis, metrics and quality indicators, to the project development and management.
As a part of a few PLT teams you will have an opportunity to actively participate in SW management tools development and implementation. In order to standardize ramp-up process for all SW teams working for PLT, you will gather all current trainings materials or create new one if needed, and you will have an opportunity to conduct technical training sessions for all new hired ND SW engineers.
These all activities will be connected with creation and maintenance of the processes' related website or SharePoint. 10/25/40GbE PLT Management teams will also invite you to support them in SW qualification processes, their measurements and improvements if requested.
You, as the Process Engineer, will represent the SW group on forums working on product quality, processes, tools etc. In order to help all teams participated in PLT, you will also manage internal databases, owned by SW teams, and you will work to standardize information, techniques and BKMs cross all SW teams.
The main part of your duties will also be close cooperation with other ND SW teams, like Firmware or Performance, to define and up-to-date all processes needed to improve cross those groups cooperation.

We are also contributing in other areas like hardware diagnostic tools or encryption software and firmware. Our new assignment is active participation in developing Smart NIC technology, which extends Ethernet capabilities for customized needs of our customers.
Networking Division Group in Poland is also involved into development of Firmware for our modern Ethernet solutions. Our team takes active part in a full software engineering lifecycle including design, development, validation, integration and customer support, with a particular focus on software optimization for networking C, C++ and test automationPython, Perl, TCL.Qualifications.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science, or a degree in similar technical area or relevant experience.
-Knowledge and hands on experience of Business Intelligence technologies including analytical and reporting tools e.g. MS BI as well as data management.
-Strong expertise of process characterization, qualification and troubleshooting is required.
-Proven experience in working on SW projects in teams and across the full life cycle of software development.
-Troubleshooting, problem solving, multi-tasking, organization, and customer management skills are critical to success in this role.
- Strong expertise in GIT or similar source code control tool
- Strong expertise in Gerrit or similar source code review tool
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with stakeholders of all skill levels.
-Excellent team work skills including ability to work with multiple and remote groups worldwide.
-Demonstrated technical leadership and a track record of problem solving with creativity and out-of-box thinking.
