You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Be pursuing a PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
6 months of academic and research experience in the following areas:
Materials characterization and analysis techniques.
Knowledge of Semiconductor packaging.
Knowledge of Thin film deposition, Electrochemical deposition, CMP, Lamination, laser and litho processes.
Familiarity with working in a clean room lab or factory environment.
