Test engineer

Job Description
Conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research in the design, development, testing and utilization of information processing hardware and/or electrical components, mechanisms, materials, and/or circuitry, processes, packaging, and cabinetry for central processing units CPUs and/or peripheral equipment. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports. Ensures products conform to standards and specifications. Develops plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risk. Develops procedures, analysis and design for computer components, products, and systems. Initiates, guides, and coordinates overall design and development of new ideas and products. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.


We are looking for an experienced ATE Test Engineer to join the Test Engineering team to lead our products to a successful production launch. As part of the team, you'll be a Member of multi Geo team and working with external suppliers and partners.In this position you will be develop ATE Test Program and be Responsible for ensuring the required DFx support definitions, evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.You will define and design of ATE HW Load Boards optimized on High Speed Serdes Testing, analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance.Also, you will analyze early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activitiesYou should have +5 years of relevant experience, Proficiency with C++ code, Familiarity with High Volume Production concepts and Data analysis expertise. Also you should have experience in least in 2 of the following areas: High Speed Serdes IPs Testability, Scan test, Memory BIST and Experience in 93K Test Platform.
