Working Student - Training Deployment m/f

Job Description

The candidate hired will be a member in the Greater European Talent Experience Deployment team, will support in executing the team's learning offerings primarily in our Germany based campus's by providing logistic support and will represent the German site in the wider operational organization.As part of the student's ownership areas there are budget management, content related support such as exploring relevant researches, articles, etc., event coordination, summit management, class and Instructor management and support, New hire onboarding support and work with local and global HR on Talent related initiatives.


Qualifications

A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, Technical, Master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department. The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an College Graduate/Technical Graduate position as appropriate. as part of this role, we are searching for a candidate with the following:

  • 1. MBA or MA degree studies in psychology - organizational behavior, HR, sociology or any other relevant field of study
  • 2. Ideally around 1.5 years before graduating - we are aiming for an 18 month minimum length of employment.
  • 3. Ability to work 20 hrs/week and possibility to do 40 hrs/week during semester break.
  • 4. Interested in the topic of "Learning & Development"
  • 5. Ability to work in a global virtual environment.
  • 6. Excellent English writing and speaking
  • 7. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • 8. Ability to manage and be managed by multiple stakeholders and to work in collaboration.
  • 9. Good team player
  • 10. Independence
  • 11. Strong drive for success.
  • 12. Experience in training delivery - an advantage.
