HR Enterprise Services Risk Manager

Job Description

The individual will be responsible for being a Global point of contact for an HR Enterprise Services Operation and building the operational business acumen. Risk Management is a global team in Malaysia, Costa Rica, U.S. and Ireland who provide global guidance and services primarily to HR business partners.  Business partners include but are not limited to Human Resource groups, various IT groups, Finance, Purchasing and Treasury.

Candidate must have strong stakeholder management, be a trusted advisor, provide efficiency, structure and guidance for risk. Perform various risk services that help our business partners meet their business objectives. Willingness to be trained and obtain acumen around being compliant with policies and procedures, controls testing, articulating Risk Services to business partners and understanding risk services tools. Areas supported in HR Enterprise Services Operation are but not limited to: Payroll, Benefits, Stock, Relocation, Immigration, Travel, Retirement, and Shared Service Center. Services include, but are not limited to:

Controls strategies & methodologies: Design and establish the right level of, and perform control validations Risk Mapping, Risk Assessments for projects and processes Business Continuity guidance to the operations Business Control Champions Provide guidance how to navigate in areas for but not limited to: Information Security, business partners compliance to Policies & Procedures, Data Privacy.



  • Bachelors in Business/Finance, or equivalent 6-8years work related experience. (Risk Management, Finance or Audit professional certification is desired).
  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills that are critical to clearly articulating issues, resolution, and recommendations to employees, management and partnering organizations.
  • Have experience in working with multiple stakeholders from other countries’ global teams.  
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, self-motivated and able to work independently. Proven record of having the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and dealing well with ambiguity.
