Come join Intel's Artificial Intelligence Group, this position focuses on data analytics applications using deep learning and machine learning approaches.
Machine learning solutions span image/object/video recognition, speech recognition, natural language processing, and information extraction from a variety of sectors including health, energy, automotive, finance, and gov't. Machine learning systems engineers are responsible for designing, coding and testing the software components required to complete data analytics solution stacks. Most frequently, this involves the creation of connectors, plug-ins, web-based user interfaces, databases, provisioning/management scripts, test tools/scripts, load generators, data collectors and other software components required to fully integrate and test a machine learning solution stack.
Duties will include design, development, and testing of machine learning solutions. The candidate will work with ecosystem partners to integrate end-end solutions for strategic usages within public/private cloud data centers. Individual will also be required to work closely with Intel field and end users to conduct technical and production proof points and then convert those proof points to design wins and deployments
Minimum Qualifications: • MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or Robotics. • 1+ year experience in software development, integration and test. • 1+ year experience hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning • Linux, C++, C, Python • Parallel computing • Proven analytical, communication and team skills Preferred Qualifications: • PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Applied - Mathematics, Machine Learning, or Robotics • Working with deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow, MXNet, Caffe, and pyTorch • Developing applications on Infrastructure as a Services platforms like AWS, Google App Engine, Windows Azure, Cloud Foundry- CentOS, MKL, MPI, OpenMP, OpenCV, OpenCL, Hadoop, SQL- Programming and using FPGAs
