Pre-Si Design Verification Engineer

Job Description
Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC System on a Chip development. Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation. Performs Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs. Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from highlevel design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing. Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. May also review vendor capability to support development.


ResponsibilityPre-silicon system verification. This include SoC, FPGA & Full Chip design verification.Create testcase and testbench with UVM methodologyFullchip/system functional verification, by define verification strategies/methodology and test plan to enable effective verificationCoordinate/interface cross functional efforts with Design, SW, Architecture team to achieve full coverage verification planExperience on Emulation will be an add on. Requirement8+ years of experience with complex ASIC designs and/or verificationExperience in leading a small team of engineersFamiliar with System Verilog languageExperience on UVM verification methodology, and formal verification methodCapable of building Full Chip UVM testbench and test from scratchStrong communication skills and the ability to work with a team spread across different geography sitesFlexible in dynamic environment
