You will define EVP employee value proposition, develop the right messaging, build attraction & nurturing plans, activate relevant channels referral programs, hiring events, Digital & Social Media campaigns, initiation and implementation of marketing & branding concepts, database utilization, manage internal & external stakeholders and strive for day to day process improvements based on data and analytics.
