Product Quality and Reliability Engineer

Job Description
  • Responsible for the development and execution of Q&R test plans as well as analysis and interpretation Q&R test results.
  • Responsible for supplier quality improvement activities, product documentation reviews/inputs, and conformance to quality & environmental compliance standards to ensure ship release requirements are met, and customer launch support.
  • The breadth of responsibilities includes all IOTG boards and systems, including Form Factor Reference Designs, Development Platforms, and Customer Reference Boards CRBs.
  • Responsible for development and manufacturing ramp of silicon products manufactured with Intel's most advanced silicon technologies and own the responsibility of ensuring the quality and reliability of the products meet Intel requirement.
  • Develop product qualification plan, execute product qualification activities, perform silicon debug, product reliability analysis and risk assessment.
  • Manage and drive to resolution on quality and reliability issues highlighted during product qualification.
  • Have ample opportunities, challenges, learning experiences and visibility.


• Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Micro-Electronic, Material Science, Computer engineering, Physics or related field
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Eager to learn, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Basic knowledge in computer architecture, semiconductor, product testing, transistor reliability and product reliability stressing, statistics and statistical data analysis
• Knowledge in Perl, JMP and Excel macro scripting is added advantage
• Must be comfortable in a highly matrix environment that includes numerous internal partners, external customers, and suppliers.
