A RF cross talk expert drives cross talk spurious prevention and mitigation from concept to design, validation and optimization pre-silicon and post-silicon while including chip, package and PCB effects. Break down crosstalk-related system requirements down to block specification, define requirements for mitigation features and collaborate with system architect, circuit design and feature leads to optimize concept according to system requirements. Push simulation and validation tooling for coverage, automatic regression capability, trade-off coverage vs. measurement time. Specify and configure cross talk mitigation measures and actively contribute to the IP on different cross talk prevention and mitigation methodologies.
As part of RF concept/system engineers team the candidate will be in addition responsible for selecting the adequate RF architecture and topology, RF system analysis, the refinement of detailed concepts based on system requirements and providing the block/system specification.
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.

RF engineering from antenna to cellular modem base band processing for various state of the art cellular modem technologies/radio access technologies.
Excellent RF system knowledge and understanding of RF KPIs and their system impact.
Strong experience in RF hardware measurements with RF LAB equipment (spectrum/network analyzer, sampling scopes etc) and troubleshooting.
Experience in modelling and characterization of different RF components behavior and system simulations
Experience with receiver concept work and level planning for cellular radio access technologies especially for LTE carrier aggregation based systems.
Familiarity with several RF relevant cellular and connectivity standards and their principal impact on front End design.
Good knowledge in various digital signal processing concepts and their implementations relevant to RF systems
Matlab and/or C/C++ programming knowledge is required
Strong academic background with emphasis on wireless communication theory, RF systems and digital signal processing is required.
Knowledge in embedded HW/SW design is an advantage.
Prior experience of working with multi-sited teams in multiple disciplines is a plus.
