Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Seeking an experienced, organized, and action-oriented individual to provide high quality administrative support for the Automated Driving Solutions Division. Individual must be proactive, with a high level of initiative, ability to anticipate next steps, and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to prioritize. Handle information that is confidential and critical to nature. Candidate must have wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The candidate will also be expected to work smoothly and professionally with other executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning. You must be able to handle a fast pace and ever changing request. Requires working with a globally dispersed team so clear communication, multitasking and prioritization are critical aspects of the role. Excellentinterpersonal skills required given the extensive external interface as well. Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, proficiency with the purchasing and finance systems. Candidate will also assist in coordinating activities across Intel divisions, events, conferences, F2F coordination, etc.


Qualifications

Candidates should possess 6 or more year of administrative experience or equivalent education and experience. It is essential that the candidate exhibits high emotional intelligence, discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information, be self-motivated and highly organized, customer oriented, able to multitask and require minimal to no supervision as well as be comfortable in an environment of ambiguity and show an ability to manage multiple inputs of information and demands. Successful candidate must provide responsible, quality administrative support to 3 or more staff managers and their associated teams. This job requires a highly organized individual with superb multi-tasking skills who can perform tasks quickly and efficiently, good verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Must be a team player. Demonstrate experience in problem solving, decision making, initiative and independent follow-up, ability to multitask in a fast changing environment, and have excellent understanding of Intel's policies and procedures. Calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require senior management attendance Experience with online tools such as expense reports, Travel tools, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience working with Microsoft* Office* including Outlook*, Word*, Excel*, PowerPoint*Experience booking complex domestic and international travel3 or more years of administrative experience supporting executive level management Experience with SharePoint*, Live Meeting and Communicator.
