Position description:In this position, you will be responsible for the power delivery electrical validation of various Intel microprocessor Products. You will serve as the final checkpoint before the product delivers to end-users, validating the product from the customers' point of view.What you'll do:As a Validation Engineer at Intel, you will work closely with various teams and stakeholders such as development, pre-Si validation and business units to ensure highest quality of Intel component's power delivery network. You will also be expected to:- Gather product requirements, define validation strategy and plans, develop and execute tests and analyze and report findings. - Participate in the development of methodologies and tools needed by the team. - Develop an understanding of new Intel architectures and power circuits.- Learn new Intel power delivery architectures functionality and develop validation plans to ensure product quality.- Explore optimal test approaches and write test cases to increase product feature coverage.- Run tests, analyze failures, report bugs and triage or debug failures.
Inside this Business Group
Must have:- Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in analog circuit testing or development.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of voltage regulators, LDOs, power gates and other power delivery network circuits
- Experience with Python scripts.
- Ability to learn fast and adopt new technologies
- Discipline and ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment
- Good analytical, written and/or verbal communication
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
