Main focus will be supporting our Team to define and develop new test concepts and ATE test programs for our product portfolio of CHD Connected Home Division - Develop test program and test hardware for Communication SoCs Wifi, xDSL, Ethernet.- Cooperate with test engineers, product engineering and circuit designers- Maintain test package during ramp-up and volume production - Perform device and wafer testing with several state-of the art Automated Test Equipment ATE, like J750 and V93000- Statistical Analysis of test data and data presentation
Inside this Business Group
- Student of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or other science/engineering related field - Basic Knowledge in Analog, Mixed-Signal measurement methods- Programming skills C / C++, HTML. - ATE Automated Test Equipment basic knowledge is an advantage - Basic data analysis background e.g. statistics, data mining, data consistency - Knowledge in Linux and Windows based environments - Experience using Microsoft Office- German and English Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal and team working skills- Responsible, reliable and motivated to learn- Flexible work time arrangement
