The Governance Central Solutions Program Office Manager - PMO is responsible for delivering central governance oversight and support for the FCE programs and PMOs. This hybrid role reports directly to the Governance manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: � Collect, synthesize and analyze project data and information to enable on time and appropriate decision making. � Be able to use the data to understand the problem and recommended solutions to the governance manager � Provide business with meaningful data by using data mining techniques, including pattern detection, graph analysis or statistical analysis � Work with the business stakeholders to identify needs from the central governance team, recommend and implement meaningful solutions � Work with the projects and PMO's to guide teams through their appropriate stage gates and get decisions made in time � Drive Continuous improvement (Tools, processes, technology, business intelligence, and other levers of value) to continue to hone the way we effectively deliver projects for Intel. � Support the and PMO Community, by continually looking over the time horizons to prepare the team for future work. � Champion a structured approach to develop business solutions to support the Program Management Office Community � Standardize, document, and implement new processes and procedures in support of the continuous improvement � Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution. The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: � Project/program management skills, and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. � Demonstrating teamwork and collaboration across Intel with a customer service and continuous improvement mindset. � Thrive in a startup culture where velocity of execution and agility to adapt to change is critical to success. � Excellent and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders to a common vision/goal. � Deal with high levels of ambiguity. � Work independently and have a strong bias for action. � Demonstrated ability to bring different groups of individuals toward a common goal, gain consensus, and draw out a commitment to achieve results. � Be able to use data to clearly articulate a problem, recommendations and use that to convey the story. � Champion and value the safety Culture of Caring throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess one of the following: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Engineering or Construction Management, Civil/Industrial Engineering or closely related field and a qualification in project management (e.g. PMBoK, APM, or a post graduate certificate in Project Management) Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Engineering or Construction Management, Civil/Industrial Engineering or closely related field and a qualification in project management (e.g. PMBoK, APM, or a post graduate certificate in Project Management) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mega projects (upwards of 1Billion) such as Construction, Oil and Gas, Mining, Rail, Manufacturing, or other similar. Strong capability in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
