Job Description

We are seeking for fresh talents to join our dynamic team as a SOC DFT Scan Engineer. You will work on designing, implementing, and testing Design for Test (DFT) solutions for System on Chip (SOC) products. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and techniques to ensure the quality and manufacturability of our SOC designs Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of Scan DFT (Design for Test) features for SOC designs Support the integration of DFT features into the overall chip design flow, ensuring that the designs are testable and meet the required quality standards Work with cross-functional teams, including digital design, verification, and physical design engineers, to ensure smooth integration of DFT features Participate in developing and running DFT test patterns and simulations to verify the Scan DFT of the SOC design Perform analysis on test coverage and provide recommendations for test improvement Help develop scripts and automation tools to streamline the DFT process and enhance efficiency. Troubleshoot and debug DFT issues related to scan insertion and other test-related functions. Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve any DFT-related challenges in the design and testing phases

Qualifications

Candidate with Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Knowledge of digital design and test concepts (Scan, JTAG, BIST, etc.) Familiarity with hardware description languages like VHDL or Verilog Understanding of the SOC design flow and DFT tools Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, TCL, or Perl is a plus Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively A willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with DFT tools like Synopsys DFTMAX, Cadence Modus, or Mentor Tessent Familiarity with testbenches, simulation tools, and methodologies Exposure to working with physical design and timing closure concepts

Working Model
