Intel Product Assurance and Security - LTRS organization, is opening a great development opportunity for you to join us as Student Worker. We are looking for passionate individuals driven by technical challenges and interested in growing/complementing his/her technical skills and University studies in the areas of Intel Platforms Performance and Power, Functional, Security and Automation validations.
The primary responsibilities for this role is to learn-by-doing and actively contribute to Intel Product Updates (IPU) validations to address customer needs in the platforms/products functionality and security areas. The student worker will engage with a great group of experienced engineers driven by the creation of value to Intel customers. Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced engineering student (3th-4th year of BSc/MSc degree program) in Cybersecurity, Electronics, Computers/Networks, Software, Computer science, or related field
1+ years of schoolwork technical experience in the following:
OS/Linux and Windows operating systems (administrator role).
Demonstrated programming skills (Python, Bash, Bat, Assembly)
Software development agile practices.
Automation of tasks, execution and debug.
Structured problem solving, data and statistical analysis tools/methodologies.
Advanced English communications skills (verbal, listening, written. B1/B2 CEFR level).
Must have legal work permit in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven expertise in Low/high level software programming, hardware development and Computer architecture
Demonstrated programming skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, TypeScript, Java, C#, C, C++, PHP, PowerShell, Go, Rust)
Automation Platforms analysis and debug.
Experience in Continuous Integration, Development tools, and software development good practices (Lean/Agile) to support platform OS Functional validations.
Development and maintaining of validation/automation frameworks consisting of multiple frontend, backend, and database technologies running at scale 24 x 7 with cleanly designed RESTful APIs.
Develop and use interfaces/integrations with Intel tools and databases to be leveraged in CI pipelines.+ OS Functional validations infrastructure (Jenkins pipeline, TWS, Command center, NGA).
Have IPAS Security White-belt Certification.
PythonSV tool and use.
Execution of SGX and TDX Technologies (Attestation and others).
Ubuntu, RHEL, Centos, Windows and SVOS environments.
Debug tools and debugs processes for platforms and products, flashing BIOS, execution of benchmarks/workloads, analyzing profiling metrics and Windows image creation
