Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer
Job Description
Our Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer:
- Owns the end-to-end continuous integration and delivery pipeline, including source code management, versioning/tagging strategy, component build and packaging, release staging, acceptance and/or indicators, required security and IP scans, any third-party conformance tools, artifact storage and distribution, and disaster-recovery planning.
- Works across domains and functional teams to design, implement and maintain CI/CD solution ensuring high availability and reliability of the build + release environment, for timely delivery of firmware and software project releases.
- Identifies opportunities and implements solutions for increased automation, reliability, and/or velocity within the pipeline through implementation of robust infrastructure telemetry, KPIs, and indicators, and by monitoring and applying industry best-practices.
- Ensures the efficient planning, installation/configuration, maintenance, and operations of the software environment required to build, and release a wide variety of firmware and software products and projects.
Qualifications
This position requires:
- Deep knowledge of software configuration management, and discipline in managing infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency and proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps tools specifically Jenkins and Groovy, Linux administration, database (DBaaS) + network management, testing + monitoring, programming/scripting skills using Python, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Ansible and Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across test and production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, and cloud resources like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud as well as working knowledge of Windows Operating system and tools
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills within a team environment and ability to work independently across multiple overlapping time-zones (Poland, Israel, India and US) as needed. Additional / optional skills: Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk, JIRA, Grafana, and Knowledge of AI tools and LLMs
This position may require working 2-3 days per week in US Time Zone.
