Director of High-Speed Intel Ethernet Products and Solutions

Job Description

Intel is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Director of High-Speed Ethernet Products and Solutions within our Intel Ethernet product division. This pivotal position involves leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the lifecycle management of Intel's high-speed Ethernet products.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Intel's high-speed Ethernet products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and business development, to drive successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of high-speed Ethernet products, ensuring alignment with market demands and emerging trends.
• Provide leadership and direction to the product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with solutions enablement teams, demonstrating expertise in storage, AI, networking, and communications.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field with 12+ years of related experience..
• 6+ years of proven experience in product marketing in Ethernet or related technology sectors.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree.
• Expertise in solutions enablement with a focus on storage, AI, networking, and communications
• Experience managing and leading a team

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,600.00-$284,620.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
