Supply Chain Business Architect - Intel Federal
Job Description
Intel is in the midst of a transformational journey to deliver on its ambitious IDM 2.0 strategy which includes significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers. To support the IDM 2.0 strategy, Intel is embarking on a transformative ERP project.
To support this critical initiative, the End-to-End Supply Chain Data and Solutions team is seeking a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Business Architect with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, ERP, and various procurement systems with experience in driving sourcing/procurement processes required for federal government projects. This role is expected to also support the sourcing/procurement design required for integrating Intel Labs with ERP.
In this role you will join a highly dynamic global team located in all geographies. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Develop and partner with portfolio execution teams across business and IT to enable ERP and planning solutions in support of Intel's federal government projects.
- Expected to also implement ERP and planning solutions for integrating Intel's Labs ecosystem as part of the IDM 2.0 strategy.
- Scope of work is expected to cover Direct Materials, Indirect Materials and Capital Equipment.
- Responsible for bringing in industry best practices into business process and capability architecture.
- Manage and coordinate with partners in IT, business and external entities such as suppliers, government resources.
- Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high value, efficient business process and services.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, question the status quo structure/functions and recommend and effect changes.
- Ensure high quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile and Scrum principals.
- Must have Strong program management and communication skills.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Program/Project Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or in a STEM related field of study.
- 8+ years of experience in designing and program managing large scale supply chain solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of supply chain domains - planning, i.e. sourcing and procurement including in the domain of federal government projects.
- Experience in large transformations involving enterprise IT capabilities.
- Collaboration experience across multiple organizations, business partners and with stakeholders.
- Experience delivering business results using Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Program/Project Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or in a STEM related field of study.
- Experience in supply chain sourcing and procurement - equipment or direct materials or indirect materials.
- Experience working on Federal government projects.
- Experience working with suppliers to implement federal government requirements.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Procurement, Blue Yonder/Planning, Contract Management.
- Certified PMP.
