Job Description:We are seeking a diligent and analytical HR Supplier Payments Controls Specialist Student to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a current student who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, specifically in the area of supplier payments and financial controls. The student will assist with various tasks related to supplier payment processing, compliance, and internal controls.Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in the preparation and processing of supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls related to supplier payments.
Conduct audits and reviews of supplier payment data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Help maintain and update supplier payment records and transaction histories.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payment-related issues and inquiries from suppliers.
Participate in the development and improvement of supplier payment processes and procedures.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR operations and supplier payment management.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Advanced English level
Preferred qualifications
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient inf Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer orientation
