EMEA SMG PSG Field Sales Engineer
EMEA SMG is looking for a strong and inclusive Field Sales Engineer (FSE) to be an instrumental member of the EMEA SMG PSG Team. In this function the FSE will take account ownership of PSG Billings accounts in the UK and possibly beyond. In this position you will be:
Creating strategic business partnerships between customers and the PSG BU
Communicate strategies to the appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
Develop a clear understanding of Intel business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.
Meeting or exceeding revenue and design win goals, in line with short- and long term growth objectives
Own and manage the customer relationship, opportunity and pipeline and ensuring that these are accurately captured and updated in the CRM system
Through your work with the customer and the team you will develop a segment expertise in and beyond your customer's focus in order to build strategies relevant to EMEA's PSG Sales.
This is a commissioned sales position
Requirements listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Master Degree in Engineering (Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineer) or experienced Business Management with a demonstrated interest in Intel's FPGA strategies, products and applications.
5+ Years of experience in the semiconductor industry, or in technical sales or business management role (i.e. technical account manager, account executive, etc.)
Be an outstanding talent in communication and have the ability to win others through an open minded personality
Have strong results-orientation, pro-activeness, and ability to perform under pressure
Have the ability to build relationships across all levels with our customers
Demonstrable track record of achieving results in a Sales position
Experience in implementing an outcome based selling process across all customer engagements
Experience of FPGA technology and knowledge of Intel portfolio, strategy and corporate direction
Ability to work well in a team environment and drive toward common team goals
Successful written and oral communication skills, including the abilities to present effectively in front of a demanding audience and influence internal and external (management) stakeholders.

Working ModelThis role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
