Job Description
ATM Assembly and Test Manufacturing is Intel's back-end manufacturing network, which is a critical part of Intel IDM2.0 strategy including advanced package to differentiate Intel's product competitiveness. ATM has a rich portfolio of products serving all Intel business segments, e.g., client, network, connectivity, automotive, server and more. This Test Module Engineering is a critical role within the ATM Test department to work with global teams to support the product roadmap in ATM and act as the interface with BU and customers in daily operations. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the Test Program deployment which include setup, validation, and release to ATM in accordance with BUs requirements.
- Prepare and establish factory systems based on technology, process, and product certification and qualification milestones.
- Lead with factory engineer teams to support Technology Certification Silicon Process, Package Technology, and Assembly Test Certification and product ramp in High Volume Manufacturing HVM.
- Lead to support BUs product roadmap and build plan requirement proactively, initiates and owns the continuous improvement of testing process for key performance indicators. e.g. safety, quality, cost and yield and work with ATTD and BU as required.
- Lead to collaborate with STTD and BU, support variety of new developments in ATM e.g. new test capability from HDMT, BI, OLX, PPV, Automation, AI and Big data, etc.
- Outline the Manufacturability and Productivity boundary for ATM and drive for improvement.
- Define, optimize, and standardize product development on all foundry liked assembly and test technology aspects in ATM for internal and external customer.
A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills to resolve electrical test related problems, quality improvement/tool improvement/ cost improvement actions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the balance between Prod Co. and TMGF needs.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, solutions, and strategic initiatives in both written and verbal environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Bachelor's Degree in a Science or Engineering field with 3+ years of semiconductor testing experience or Master's Degree in a Science or Engineering field with 5+ years of semiconductor testing experience.
Knowledge in schematics procedures (Electrical, mechanical)
Applied testing experience in at least one of the following technical areas:
MPI experience.
Statistics software
Problem solving Tools
Lean Six Sigma
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Strong programming or test equipment skill is a plus.
Project Management experience.
