HPC/AI Sales Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HPC and AI Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing key accounts.
This role is fully remote meaning there is no Intel office in this location, but candidate needs to be located within 30 miles from Texas or willing to travel, to be considered for the role due to the need to visit the customer at their facilities and/or meet with the team.
Responsibilities for the HPC and AI Sales Account Manager include:
- Partners with sales applications engineer to align new Intel technologies and product roadmaps to the customer's technology, product, and business strategies.
- Uncovers and nurtures emerging revenue opportunities including software, services, and foundry.
- Closes new design win opportunities that result in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through) resulting in a global product portfolio available for customers to select for their regional markets.
- Sells full portfolio like Client Computing Group (CCG), Datacenter and Artificial Intelligence (DCAI), Network and Edge (NEX) group, and plants the seeds for emerging businesses like Intel Foundry Solutions (IFS), Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Collaborates with ecosystem partners such as distributors, OEMs, and ISVs in support of assigned accounts.
- Influences and enables sales through revenue, while maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.
- Gathers customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.
- Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience.
As a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Strong understanding of semiconductor sales and engineering services.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive high-performance, collaborative teams and exceed sales quotas.
- Familiarity with the HPC and AI ecosystem and system architecture.
- Strong negotiation skills and a history of successful customer engagements.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience with quota, preferably at an OEM account.
- 3+ years of Datacenter and/or AI experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in:
- AI and Datacenter technical expertise.
- Software and Ecosystem expertise.

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.Posting End Date
