Job Description
This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for Influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intel's Business units to Public Sector and Government vertical. The Industry Technical Specialist is the technical counterpart to the Account Executive and is responsible for ensuring that all technical and architectural needs of our covered accounts are understood and that we are working with the customer, our business units teams and our partners to develop technically advanced solutions that help solve our customer business problem and that create significant pull for Intel's products and solutions.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: - 10+ working experience in IT, any past experience working in Public Sector, Government domain, a plus. - Native Japanese skills both writing and verbally is a MUST. Business English skill required. - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact and communicate with senior technical contacts. Comprehend Intel architectures and fellow traveler solution offerings targeted at service provider infrastructure. - Strongly position self and Intel as the trusted advisor in solving challenging technical and business problems. - This person must also be self-motivated, self-sufficient with ability to stay current on emerging industry trends, technologies, and issues with technical experience and a strong knowledge of IT industry technical solutions. - Must possess engineering background and understand infrastructure at an architectural level including server, storage and networking platforms. The role requires a strong knowledge of mainstream middleware, DBMS, Big Data, AI and Cloud.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
