Job Description
CCG has successfully transformed once a low-cost Android/ARM Tablet industry to a vibrant/innovative Mainstream PC ecosystem delivering 3X Intel revenue growth from 2015 to 2021. This was the result of investing in growing key ODM partners, innovating on a highly efficient turnkey customer enablement model, and actively growing PRC local component suppliers. This new capability has become the PC enabling engine for 200 Local OEMs across 60 countries. To continue to accelerate CTE business, this role will collaborate with the technology ecosystem to deliver differentiated and innovative computing products and experiences. This role is highly matrixed with partners in Sales, Supply Chain, OEM/ODMs and Engineering, with responsibilities include but not limited to: � Lead reference design / co-engineering programs with competitive solutions for PRC ODM customers to server global OEMs � Partnership with PRC SMG to drive alignment on growth opportunities, business plan and engagement model to support CCG growth strategy � Build up ODM capability with annual cadence of leadership products and landing differentiations and innovations with Intel technologies � Work with multiple levels of leaders across different organizations to build consensus, alignment, and engagement with BU, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Engineering teams.
� BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. Solid knowledge with Hardware, Operation System, Applications, Virtualization, etc. � Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to independently capture and communicate abstract ideas clearly and concisely to a senior management team. Good command of a combination of business acumen, industry savvy, organization savvy, and networking capabilities. � Strong collaboration skills including cross-functional teamwork, project facilitation, and senior management influence in support of complex project objectives with a broad range of members. � Committed to creative problem solving, learning quickly, and getting things done. � Advanced university degree e.g., MBA or demonstrable equivalent is a plus.

The Client Computing Group (CCG) is responsible for driving business strategy and product development for Intel's PC products and platforms, spanning form factors such as notebooks, desktops, 2 in 1s, all in ones. Working with our partners across the industry, we intend to continue to advance PC experiences to deliver the real-world performance people demand.
