Job Description
Datacenter Platform Engineering and Architect Group (DPEA) PAIV (Platform Architecture Integration and Validation) is looking for talents for Platform Integration to secure the SW quality by continuous integration. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the integration solutions of software and hardware on Intel server platforms to secure the quality of SW release. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1. Implement the SW continuous integration plan and weekly build/execution/release for Intel server products on cluster with relevant ingredient teams, including BIOS, FW, ME, drivers, Operation Systems etc; 2. Play as a gate keeper of the project to ensure a quality release to internal and external customers; 3. Drive sightings for closure by proactive physical work and/or coordination with relevant stakeholders on defect duplication and investigation. 4. Contribute to validation team on improving test plan/method to validate features and verify fixes 5. Build and maintain validation dashboard to demonstrate latest validation progress.
This job is reserved for the person who is always passionate to putting new technology into practice in the fastest manner, exploring all possible alternatives for better solution, and pursuing constant improvement on test efficiency and coverage. You should possess a BS/MS in computer science or electronics engineering Additional qualifications include: 1. Knowledge for Linux/window OS file system is the basic requirement. 2. BIOS/Firmware knowledge of X86 platform will be great; 3. Coding experience, familiar with Python, Container and cluster will be strong plus 4. Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jekins/Github/ devops tools will be strong plus 5. Familiar with K8S/Elastic (ELK)/Kibana/Grafana will be strong plus 6. Good team player with motivation for working under pressure 7. Good English oral and written communication skills required
